  • The Law – Regulations & Legislation (including: Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 & The Work at Height Regulations 2005)
  • Components of the tower
  • Equipment and tools required
  • Risk Assessment
  • Site conditions / site inspection (including proximity hazards)
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Correct erecting and dismantling / moving procedures
  • Maintenance, care and storage

The course is a mixture of theory and practical training / exercises.

Course Objectives -

On successful completion of this course, candidates will have sufficient knowledge and practical skills to enable them to erect, alter and dismantle Aluminium Access Towers safely in accordance with current health & safety legislation and manufacturers guidelines.
